0) Ticket Requirement (Important) This Maid Café experience is part of the event and is available to event ticket holders only. When booking, please provide your ticket purchase email + order number/ticket ID for manual verification (reservations are verified by ticket/order ID). If we cannot verify the information or it does not match, we may cancel the reservation or deny entry. Thank you for understanding! VIP verification: VIP entry is verified by an on-site wristband (in-person verification only). 1) Seating Fee Rules We offer two seating types: Standard Table and Booth. ⚠️ Seating fees are charged separately from food & beverage purchases. Timing starts when you are seated, based on the actual seating time. [Booth] Only for booking: 1hour $120 / up to 8 guests [Standard Table / General Seating] Reservation rate: $20 per person / 1hour Walk-in (non-reserved) rate: $25 per person / 1hour 2) Party Size Rules Each seating type has a maximum capacity. If your party exceeds the limit, you may need to change table type or pay an additional fee. Standard Table: up to 4 guests Booth: up to 8 guests To improve seating efficiency, general seating (Standard Table) guests may be seated at shared tables with other guests. Table assignments are coordinated by our staff on-site. Thank you for your understanding, Master/Miss! We will do our best to seat you comfortably, but we cannot guarantee private seating or that your group will be seated together. If you prefer not to share a table, please consider booking a Booth (subject to availability). When sharing a table, please respect others’ space and privacy. No photos/videos of other guests without permission, and please keep noise to a considerate level. Shared tables may help reduce wait time during peak hours. Final seating arrangements are determined on-site. 3) Reservation Rules (No Reschedule / No Refund / Missed Turn) Reservations are available online only via ny-miku-only.com. No walk-ins for reservations. Please check in within 5 minutes after your reservation start time. Late arrivals will be treated as a missed turn. No rescheduling is allowed once your reservation is confirmed. No refunds: cancellations or no-shows for personal reasons are non-refundable. If you miss your time slot, you will be moved to the next available seating round. Your reservation remains valid, but exact seating time is not guaranteed. If you are seated later due to a missed turn, your original reservation pricing/benefits still apply. 4) Ordering & Dining Rules Each guest must order at least one drink, food item, or service. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Maid Café area. If you have allergies, please inform us before ordering. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. 5) Maid Interaction Rules Please respect our maids and other guests. No physical contact, harassment, or inappropriate language. You may record the “magic spell” / plating / serving process as a keepsake, as long as you follow these rules: ✅ Allowed: hands only, drinks/food, props, tabletop process ❌ Do not capture a maid’s face (front/side/clear facial features) ❌ Do not capture other guests’ faces If a face is captured accidentally, please delete it or crop/blur before sharing If behavior disrupts others or violates rules, staff may terminate service. 6) Photos & Interactions Please follow on-site guidelines for photos.
